To MCC
MCC has several opportunities for you to use your God-given gifts in ministry. Below are descriptions of areas of ministry where you can find your place to plug in and be involved in the life of MCC.
Men’s & Women’s Ministries
Description: A variety of opportunities exist for men and women of all ages to become actively involved with their Christian faith. From service to craft making to social to study groups, men and women can use their gifts for God.
CARE Team
Description: The team exists to provide support, encouragement, hope, and guidance through the joys and challenges of life through hospital visits, nursing home visits, preparing or delivering meals, notes of encouragement.
Communion Team
Description: The team helps create spiritual moments for people by preparing the Communion elements.
Facilities Team
Description: The team works to set up and maintain the facilities, making things look good and run smoothly around MCC.
First Impressions Team
Description: Volunteers welcome, extend God’s love, offer assistance and direction to people arriving at MCC. They also help attendees find seating by greeting at the doors, handing out bulletins, ushering, giving information and answering questions at the Information Center.

LIFE Groups
Description: The ministry helps provide opportunities for life transformation to happen in the context of small groups. Opportunities for involvement include group leaders, hosting a group in your home, child care.
Connections Café
Description: Volunteers serve people and make them feel welcomed and are involved in set up, clean up, greeting.
Discovery Land
Description: Discovery Land provides opportunities to help kids grow through teaching, worship and community, so that they can become fully devoted followers of Jesus. Needed are caregivers for infants, small group leaders, teachers, drama, event set up, clean up, greeters, Check-In Desk.
Youth Group
Description: MCC is dedicated to growing our teens into fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ. Opportunities for involvement include hosting youth gatherings, planning activities, preparing refreshments and leading youth group.
Tech Team
Description: The team is the technical support for the weekend worship experiences and other special events. Opportunities for involvement include camera operator, computer operator (displays the words for songs and titles, etc.), lighting, sound.
Worship Team
Description: Volunteers use their talents to lead people to transformational worship moments. Needed are instrumentalists, vocalists, arrangers, writers and actors.
